This session not only includes shots of your cars on track but also captures throughout the day for all the little moments to look back on with your mates.

- On track shots of each car of at least 5 photos (Time Dependant).

terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments:
- All bookings are confirmed once a 50% deposit payment has been received. Session dates and times are not secured until payment is made.
- Prices are subject to change at any time, however confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your session,, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session fee being unable to be rescheduled & no refunds will be made.
- I allow x1 reschedule, if requested further the shoot will be cancelled & deposit lost.
- In the event of adverse weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Image Delivery:
- Edited images will be delivered digitally via a private online gallery.
- Standard delivery time in 5-7 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Raw/ Unedited files are not provided.
- Photos are not to be further edited by customers unless stated on post, this is to protect the authenticity of my business.
roller sessions:
- Due to weather dependant equipment, rollers are not able to be carried out during rain conditions and will be subject to a rescheduled shoot.
- All roller shoots are planned in advance and carried out safely, legally and responsibly. The photographer is not responsible for driving behaviour during the session.
- Roller sessions may be refused or stopped if conditions are deemed unsafe or pose risk to equipment.
Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time to their session, each package is given an appropriate length of time, failing to arrive on the agreed time will not extend this time frame and may result in the client receiving less than the package entails.
- If a client is more than 30 minutes late without notice I will consider it a "no show" and will cancel the session without a refund.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring vehicles are road-legal, insured and in suitable condition for the shoot.
- Any damage caused during the session is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Social Media & portfolio use:
- The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed prior to the session.
